NOTICE  FOR  REGISTRATION
SESSION  :  2023-2024

 FORM :
     The Registration Form for Nursery will be available at the school office

1. • Class NURSERY – 3  to 3 1⁄2 years as on 01-04-2023
2. • Class Ist –    6 years as on 01-04-2023

Documents required for registration

1. • Self attested photocopy of Birth Certificate from Municipality/Nagar Nigam.
2. • Self attested photocopy of Vaccination Certificate.
3. • Two Passport Size Photographs of the Student.
4. • Self attested photocopy of Caste Certificate of the Student (If SC/ST/OBC).

Note: Registration fee to be paid offline at school. (Payment mode: Cash)
        Only the Birth Certificate registered by the Municipal Corporation within three months of the birth of the child will be accepted.      
4.  REGISTRATION FEE : 
     Rs. 600/-  is to be paid offline (in school) only as Registration Fee.
5.  SUBMISSION OF FORM  : 
     Both the parents should come with the child to submit the Registration Form in the school on the date and time as mentioned in the Form Submission Slip. 
     Original documents to be brought for verification on the same day.    
6.  Registration of the child is not a guarantee for admission.
7.  School does not accept any donation. BEWARE OF INTERMEDIARIES.
8.  The decision of the Management regarding admission will be final and binding.
